At MC Electrical, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window, allowing you to return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was received

  • Unused, unworn, and with original tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

If your return request is approved:

  • We will provide a return shipping label

  • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided

Important:
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, plants, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

  • Original shipping fees

Note: We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

For a quicker exchange:

  • Return the original item

  • Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item

6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason, no questions asked.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

This right applies regardless of the standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed

Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at service@jewloves.com.
