Shipping Fee:
We offer a flat $6.99 shipping fee on all orders, regardless of the destination.

Since MC Electrical ships products through global partners, delivery times may vary based on location.

Canada / UK / Australia: 10 – 15 Business Days

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
We begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery.
If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at
service@jewloves.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once processing begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, send us a photo within 72 hours of receipt, and we’ll arrange a free replacement.
Lost in Transit:
If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
